Sawhorse is a residential building firm owned and run by Tom Bell. We offer renovations, re-builds, additions and new-builds.
We are renovation specialists, focusing on older bungalows and villas, delivering high quality results on projects which often have extra challenges such as problematic sites, difficult dig-outs, adding new levels to existing houses and managing the transition between old and new. We have often experienced these kinds of problems on heritage home projects and have worked with clients, architects and engineers to find solutions to them.
Tom and Sawhorse will also take the hassle out of the building process, managing a team of skilled sub-contractors and advising and helping the client through through their dealings with the council.
